  •  I accidentally submitted the wrong application. Notify us by sending a message via electronic services and submit the correct application.
  • I was able to log in to electronic services, but tabs and functions do not work. -> Double click the item you wish to open.
  • I have retired on 31 May 2020 and tried to log in on 1 June 2020, but the system did not allow me to log in. Submit your application by post.
  • The “Pikajatko” quick application is not available on the home page and the “Avaa” button used to open the “Ei muutettavaa jatkohakemus” application is grey. Usually, the reason for this is that you are attempting to open the application before the end of your application period (4 weeks or 1 month).
  • The “Avaa” button used to open the “Ei muutettavaa jatkohakemus” application is grey. The “Ei muutettava jatkohakemus” application can only be used if you have been paid a benefit for the day immediately preceding the start of your application period. If there has been an interruption of even one day in the payment of the benefit, you must use the “Muutettava jatkohakemus” or “Alkava ansiopäivärahahakemus” application. Daily allowance cannot be applied for in advance.
  • Whichever application form I select, I get the application for earnings-related unemployment security. Clear your cache, close all browser windows and try again.
  • Applications and attachments downloaded from electronic services open as PNG files on Chrome and Firefox (newest) browsers, but as PDF files on Edge and IE browsers. You can open PNG files in PDF format by replacing the .png format with .pdf.
  • The security settings of my browser prevent me from opening forms. Change your security settings. Add the URL addresses https://ekassa.proliitto.fi to the list of trusted websites: Internet Explorer: Select Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites, Sites and write the address in the “Add this website to the zone” box. Internet Explorer with settings in Finnish: Select työkalut - internet-asetukset - suojaus - luotetut sivustot and add the addresses to the “Lisää tämä Web-sivusto vyöhykkeeseen” box.
  • If you get the “Website is not trusted” message or similar when entering the electronic services of the unemployment fund, you can do the following: Firefox: “This connection is untrusted”. Select I Understand the Risks -> Add Exception -> Get Certificate -> Confirm Security Exception (in some cases you may need to do this twice) Safari: Check the box "Always trust ekassa.proliitto.fi when connecting to ekassa.proliitto.fi" and click on Continue.
  • I am unable to send attachments. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
