The unemployment fund answers personal questions related to benefits via telephone, by letter and through our electronic services.
The unemployment fund only uses e-mail to reply to general questions that do not involve confidential personal information. This is because e-mail is not a secure connection.
Appeals addressed to the Social Security Appeal Board or the Insurance Court can be sent via the electronic services or by post.
